As above.
Unless you consider yourself a twink or just love pvp too much, dont waste time on low level bgs.
Get a new bow from instance or buy on ah. Check quest rewards as well.
As for the melee classes problems.
You can without any problem kill any melee class 1vs1. Just use your slows (WIng Clip, Conc shot) and CC (Freezing trap) properly.
As for AB.
Use humanoid Tracking so you could see any incs before they see you.
Hide. In the bushes, behind a tree, where noone is looking. Use Line of sight for your advantage (run away, hide behind house, reengage). Put Freezing trap under your feet before you start shoting.
As for WSG, similar, but you can be actually very helpfull as flag carrier or flag carriers defender with a proper usage of aspects.
