how long does it take for the trash to respawn?
If you don't have to go through any trash to get to these groups of mobs then that's a pointless question. You kill the mobs, exit, reset, and go kill the mobs again. At 180 lootable mobs per hour I think that's enough since it'll probably get nerfed sometime anyways.

damm i wish i had saw this post earlier, but anyway i was lucky enough to get the hilt on the first day patch come out @ 11:00 am in the morning :) but gold wise would have been perfect :(

So... I don't see any sites that have the hilt as a confirmed drop from the Deathwhisper Necrolyte, but there was no mention of that being nerfed. Would it still be worth it to solo, if you really want the hilt?
