Hello. can u please help me? I created account 5 days ago. after that 1 tried to upgrade my account,
but it didnt work, an error occured. My credit card is working properly and it had a enough balance.
I'm from mongolian. but in present i living in India. I don't know what is wrong. I think my card is
from my countries Banks card. Is it a problem? pls lemme know, i mailed billin n account service, but
they didnt give helpful answers, just all r same... Can some1 help me?

I wouldn't know about the countries part, but what browser are you using? I'd suggest trying a different one. I had a problem activating both Cata and SC2 in Chrome, but then it ended up working in Firefox or IE (don't remember which).

@Toldu: It didn't work, i tried Firefox, IE and Chrome all of them :P all r same... Following error occured all the time.
"An error has occurred.
