In the next patch Titansteel Helm is getting a meta. So at that point it will be a good pickup. Until then, I think there's another meta socket helm from heroic Gundrak.

The titansteel helm is much better than tier 4 already, so get that. The mats aren't too bad.

Ground Tremor Helm
off the third boss in Heroic Gundrak. Although the Titansteel helm is going to be a lot better once it gets it's meta socket. More strength and stamina. You just lose a bit of hit rating.
As for you using the t4 helm still, I'm surprised you haven't found an upgrade. I changed my helm several levels before 80.
