Go to your "skill"-tab (the one where you can see how much you got in weapon-skills and such). I forgot the hotkey for it, but I seem to remember it being "K". Could be wrong.
Select the profession you want to unlearn.
There should be a small red X. Clicking that will unlearn that profession. Keep in mind, this naturally only works on main professions.
