I need help accessing a mount i bought

A couple of days ago I bought the Winged Guardian mount, however, I can't find it. This is the first time I have ever purchased a mount from the Blizzard store. I logged in and couldn't find it in my collections or the mail. Is there a place I have not yet searched for it? I have already made a ticket and got the advice to reload the UI which I did, however obviously since I am making a forum post it didn't work. I don't want to bother them JUST yet so I'm asking here first.

Did you check the filters in the Mount Journal? Even if you don't have the mount, it should show up as uncollected when searching for its name.
Do you happen to have another Battle.net account, into which you were signed in at the time?
Either way, check your
transaction history
. Maybe the payment had hiccups or something else went wrong.
