I need help deciding what class to level

So I just got WOTLK (late I know). I can't decide what to do. I have a hunter level 70 (that I got to 1xp from 71 while using the 10 day free WOTLK trial). A 45 pally and a 18 hunter I just started that I am doing fishing and cooking on that is taking a while to level.
While all are fun I can't decide what to work on. plus should I start a DK? I can't decide! What would you all do? I am very casual so raiding/dungeoning is out of the question. I just like to solo play if that helps the decision process. thanks all

Thanks. I went with leveling the hunter. He was always my fav. You know what they say about your first!
