This seems like a trolling post. Your gear and spec are a little too good for you to basically be asking "how do I tank?"
You're not telling us anything you are doing in order for us to make informed commentary on what you are doing incorrectly. All of your stats and HP look fine.
Read the 96969 Sticky post above. And then come back with specific questions you may have. Otherwise, it sure sounds like you just ebayed this toon or something.

The "rotation" you should be using, as said in the 96969 sticky:
(Seal of Vengence up)
Avenger's Shield to pull.
Holy Shield
Hammer of Righteousness
Judgement
Shield of Righteousness
Consecration
Hammer of Righteousness
Holy Shield
Shield of Righteousness
and on, and on, and on
I'm guessing when you wrote "Sacred Shield" you meant Holy Shield. If you didn't...you absolutely must use Holy Shield. Sacred Shield is a fine and dandy tool to use every now and again, but certainly not at the expense of other abilities.
You simply should not be fighting for aggro. The speed of your weapon is not going to have a significant impact simply because it is a relatively high DPS weapon and you didn't spec into Reckoning.
Use +20 strength, Mongoose, anything for an enchant. Recommended Glyphs are in the Paladin FAQ sticky.

I think Kaelistes, and perhaps myself in my last post, is missing something a little bigger here. We may be talking about something systemic in the way the OP is tanking or attempting to tank. That's why I harped on the rotation, because with his gear/spec and that rotation, there should be absolutely ZERO problem. Here is my reasoning:
- Something like BoK > BoS is simply not going to fix his aggro problems, and in fact, may make them worse due to the fact that he won't be regening mana via Sanctuary. In fact, more to the point, his spec is fine. It hits all the important talents and leaves those which others should be picking up (BoK).
- Upgrading to blue quality gems seems like a very, very expensive and not very useful solution. Even if he puts in all blue-quality gems, I don't think it's going to solve the fact that he's getting "hit hard" or can't generate aggro.
Going back to his rotation...and serious question OP...Are you using HOLY Shield on every CD? Using Sacred Shield instead of Holy Shield would result in two things: (1) big, big damage and (2) less aggro generation. Those two things are exactly what he is concerned about.
Your gear, spec, and gemming is all fairly well and good for a heroics/10-man geared prot paladin. So again, I think we're looking at something going WAY wrong on how you play then something that can we solved by tweaking your spec or gear or gems.

becuase i usually run wit a friend of mine a ret pally who does a great deal of the dmg all the time
Just to be sure: Your friend isn't running
Righteous Fury
while DPSing, is he/she? If so, that explains it; Retadins shouldn't be using RF unless they are intentionally fighting for aggro as an off tank (which would be an odd situation).
