I was listing off groups of people, and you are stating that the difference between races are cultures, but what happens when an African is raised in Australia?
It depends on what you mean. Does the African family move to Autralia and raise their kid there? Then they would be called African Australians (or maybe Afro-Australians, not sure what term they use there). Why? Because the child is the product of two cultures.
What if the second the baby is born he is shipped over to Australia and adopted by a indigenous Australian family? Then he is an Australian because he is a product of Australian culture. Skin color plays no roll. Your system would want to separate him out from his culture by calling him a Black. That's the beginning of trouble.

No, it was just a hypothesis on your idea, by mine he would be australian, when i used the word black i didn't mean that black is what defines them, but that it is a trait common to them and used to communicate them and there culture and as I said many times , it is
correct
, but not
proper
.
So Black does not mean black? You're taking a cultural system and tacking on the random name of skin-tone.
You're making even less sense now.
"Your" system? I don't think you can put separation like that on laginging at all. Its clearly not a concept he's just come up with.
Black is a color. If you're defining people by their color as laginging is doing then culture has no effect.
However, now what I'm seeing is the exact same system I'm describing except in laginging's case, he's applying the misnomer of Black and not even meaning black.

This throws up (I think) 2 possibilities: it's the governments "system" of labelling, or it's the people themselves?
No one labels. You are whatever culture or combination of cultures you are.

I'm saying there is nothing to label. The closest you can get is to label people by culture, but the mixing of cultures is so prevalent now that it doesn't even make sense to do.

But people/ governments 'like' to label/ pigeon-hole!
They also like to kill people and start wars.
