First, the Armory is not a very accurate way of searching for possible name violations. It's in Beta, so it's not always going to have accurate, up to date information.
Second, Blizzard enforces their policies reactive. That means a report must first come in before they can take appropriate.
Third, Blizzard DOES take this stuff very seriously, but they cannot monitor realms and channels for any possible violations of policies.
Finally, due to the nature of this topic, this discussion is probably not even appropriate for Wowhead.

Very true. There are only so many blizzard employees. Everything that is done by blizzard is documented by reports. As the above poster has said a report must come in. That report is filed and an "investigation" is launched. This is the reason for the support system.

I'm an avid fan of the ticket system in-game and do report these issues when able. Of course, one may report these issues from out of game using the
Blizzard Support
website.

im sick of my name and i feel retarded for chosing it and i wonder if i could get someone to report me could it be changed?
