Don't re-install, just go into your WoW folder and delete all your addons, and then delete your WTF folder so all your UI settings go back to default.
Also, if you do reinstall you won't have to pay for anything, and all your character will still be there. It's just gonna be annoying to have to re-install and re-download all those patches,
