Your currently in your Prot gear so I'm not sure how geared you are currently in Fury.
What it really comes down to is which do you have the gear to do? If your gear's falling on the low end, low hit, low AP, low crit. You may want to stick with Arms. Otherwise if your set on that, and have good weapons. Go Fury.
Oh and respec to take Deep Wounds, thats a massive amount of damage for both specs. Its the Warriors Holy Grail. You can see my main

for a good baseline, I do anywhere from 3-4k dps depending of buffs and what not.
