From what I've heard, Balance Druids are the most annoying and problematic class in PvP now if you don't harass them with counter-attacks. Their damage output has also been evened out so they don't have to rely on procs and cooldowns to throw out significant dps.
This is coming from someone who hasn't played in a year though. I used to play a Boomkin and just chat with friends who still play.
