If you're on top of the water hold X.
Protip: You're on a mac, might as well toss it.

With a single button mouse, you can click-option ( the "apple button" ) to do a right click.
But a 2 buttons mouse would be a wise investment. Not just for WoW.

The question is: How does one click and Option-click at the same time? Does the game consider that a left & right-click at once?

Holding down X will not make you dive if you are standing on the water, which is the case if you are a ghost or if you have some kind of water walking enabled. It will just make you sit on the surface of the water.
Go into your keybindings and find the "Move and Steer" keybinding. It should be the one at the very top. Just point your camera straight down at the water and press that button.
It's the same action you would normally get from holding down right and left buttons at the same time, which you obviously can't do with only the control-click functionality.

How do you only have 1 mouse button and play properly? My mouse has 5 and I use all them and then 5 more with Atl+...Where do you put all your bindings?
