you seem to have a pretty good concept of how to gear. with what you have now, you should be running toc10 for upgrades, and you should be fine to MT or OT in there.
you are gemming primarily for stamina, which is a fine choice, and probably a good idea for someone with ~35k hp. i assume you're eating expertise food, being slightly under the dodge cap?
don't overlook the extra run speed from
tuskarr's on your boots though - especially if you don't run with an unholy DK.
toc has a ton of physical damage, so if it was me, i'd go with armor to your cloak and get the badge armor trinket to replace gossamer. you could really use the shield from anub (or even cat lady on ulduar10).
as far as glyphs go, your's definitely scream heroics. the only one i'd keep for raiding is blocking. the other choices would be:
threat - vigilance & devastate
survival - shield wall & last stand
theoretically, you won't need SW/LS for toc, but if you're going in with buddies at the same gear level, it can give you some cushion. nothing like using SW and knowing it's coming back up in the same fight.
your spec is interesting, but can use some tweaks. AttT > cruelty for sure, and imp. spell reflect is of questionable benefit - although it might be really good for faction champs (i've not actually tried it in there).
you've picked up the core talents already, so it's up to you to figure out what you prefer to do with the rest of your points. deep wounds is a great spec to start with and one i'd recommend to any new tank that asked. from there, you can judge whether you want to shift to a lower threat, more survival oriented spec.

What running with unholy DK (or not) has to do with running speed buff?
The running speed group buff from unholy presence have been removed in first patch after wotlk (as was the group buffs of other presences).
