Got bored and thought of how those less common talents could be made more appealing:
Grants a 25% chance to perform Heroic Strike for free.
Grants a 50% chance to perform Heroic Strike for free.
Allows you to stack up to two Rends on a target.
Allows you to stack up to three Rends on a target.
Allows you to stack up to four Rends on a target.
Increases the stun time by .5 seconds.
Increases the stun time by 1 second.
Increases the radius and duration of all shouts* by 10%.
Increases the radius and duration of all shouts by 20%.
Increases the radius and duration of all shouts by 30%.
Increases the radius and duration of all shouts by 40%.
Increases the radius and duration of all shouts by 50%.
*This includes Heroic Shout, Demoralizing Shout and Commanding Shout, as well as Taunt,
Intimidating Shout and Challening Shout.
Regenerates 2% of your total health instantly after being the victim of a critical hit.
Regenerates 4% of your total health instantly after being the victim of a critical hit.
Regenerates 6% of your total health instantly after being the victim of a critical hit.
Allows your Execute ability to be performed on a target with up to 30% health.
Allows your Execute ability to be performed on a target with up to 40% health.
Your Whirlwind ability will apply twice.
Your Whirlwind ability will apply three times.
My apologies to Prot Warriors; I really don't know enough about that tree to make any judgements, though from what I see, the following talents need reworking:

Any ideas? Comments? Concerns?
HS would be Too OP, but if you did that and put it really high in the Prot tree then it might be ok, but could still be OP.
Execute already makes fury warriors do the most damage at the last 20%. If they could start at 40% that would be the main dps class for every fight easy.
Rend, charge, booming voice, and blood craze could be good upgrades.
Yeah, you're definitely underestimating Heroic Strike & thusly it's talent. The problem really is with the entire first tier of Arms, but I digress.
I think the damage for Imp. Execute is already good, but really what needs reworking is the Fury tree as there are way too many cool things down the tree (and really only a few at the first couple tiers, such as Commanding Shout, Unbridled Wrath, & Cruelty).
For Protection, Improved Sunder Armor was already changed. It was a filler-point option before, it's pretty beefy now.
I would like to see Improved Disarm become the actual immunity talent they wanted to toss around, but that's too much. How about decreased cooldown, rage cost & increased benefit? Too much, I guess.
If you have all superlicious talents in each tree, you get too many options & too many variables. Players will inevitably use anything & everything at their disposal, finding ways to innovate on changes implemented. This often leads to certain things being used in ways they were not intended - this leads to a change or nerf & then everyone is QQ'd on both ends (dev. & user).
I think these intricacies are what make talent builds so great & I think most players never realize just how deep this whole thing can go.
The real question is, "Are you prepared?" WLK will prove more talent revamps so you can't beef up on level 70 goodness at 80, =P

Popping Execute as much as possible (as opposed to saving up rage) is extremely efficient & over the course of battle the more you can do this the higher your DPS.
Lowering the rage cost of Execute just means you can do it that much sooner & with that much extra damage.
I would like to see some innovative ideas on Booming Voice or Blood Craze, anyone?
