In-game Calender

Hello all-

I have an issue with the in-game calender. It seems that my mass-invite button is greyed out so if i want to create an event I must invite everyone by hand. Some other officers in my guild are haveing the same issue. Has anyone come across this? Is there a quick fix?

oh btw also regular members of our guild can use the mass invite button.
