Increased Weapon Skill

hello.. i was wondering what does the orcish +5 axe skill actually adds.
as an enhancement shaman, would it be advised to take an axe in main hand over a fist weapon (which cannot be disarmed) ?
If I remember right, it was stated in a theorycraft thread on another site that the Orcish Axe Specialization equates to 3% Hit, 0.2% Crit and an unknown amount of Anti-Parry/Anti-Dodge.
Also, if memory serves, fist weapons can be disarmed.
Fist weapons can indeed be disarmed. A simple weapon chain will fix this until 2.3, when all antidisarm effects are cut to a duration reduction instead.
And I've gotta say, 3% hit seems like an AWFUL lot from a racial.
find the details at:
The racial is not valuable enough to choose a weapon based on. Use your highest dps weapon available. When based with a choice between equal dps weapons, choose the slower one in general, but check theorycrafting knowledge on windfury to find the optimal speeds.
Check the thread at Elistist Jerks forums on Enhancement Shaman weapons and this is discussed, - it is recommended that if you are an Orc you use 2 axes 2.6 or slower both with WF for Max DPS.
