Infinite ghoul+blood good?

I heard Infinite Ghoul+ Rest of talents in Blood was good.

The thing to ask yourself about a leveling spec isn't how it's going to look at 80, but how it looks when you're actually leveling :)

For example, at level 70 http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=jfVMVhcI0bRZZfM0hxfox0o is a reasonable build, and IMO would grow into http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=jfVMVhcIcbRtzZZfM0hxfox0o

The biggest weakness to the Blood/Unholy combination is not getting hold of your primary strike until very late on (in fact, I think it's level 80), but that's probably not a major issue until you hit Heroics anyway. The main reason for picking up Bladed Armour is to take advantage of the synergy between that and Impurity,
