Could that level you chose by clicking the percent persist as a setting somehow? More often than not I would always want to consider ratings at level 70 even if the item has a lower requirement.
How flexible is this system? Would it be possible, in the future, to continue more down the path of RatingBuster and add these conversions to things like Agility -> Dodge/Armor/Crit in a class-specific way based on some configuration somewhere?

This stuff is what the profiles are for. ;)

So if you equip the item on your wowhead character, it will adjust the rating conversions and add conversions for base stats as well?
