Hi,
Leveling Inscription, every 5 levels there are new glyphs that give a +3 skill while you're not to the next 5 level boundary. This is great, because you only need to craft 2 glyphs and you're 6 levels higher.
However, there are certain gaps where there are no new glyphs at a 5 level boundary, and the others go yellow and only give +1 skill.
Why is this?
Cheers.

Ok the gaps that the Op is talking about are 195-200, 245-250, 380-385, and 390-400.
At these gaps there is only yellow skill-ups that can be gained.
Its really not a issue Inscription is alot easier to level now then what it was before the muilt skills ups were added.
The only gap that I had issues with was the 195-200. But that was because of rng. I had 7 of each glyph before I hit 200. And then had to vendor the gylphs as they didn't sell in the Ah. But thats the only problem that I had.

The two enchants I linked are trainable and orange at 425. The rod uses a new blacksmithing rod, 2 stacks of dust, 1 stack + 2 greater essences, nearly half a stack of shards, and the previous enchanting rod. The boot enchant uses a measly two dust. My point was that the inscription "gaps" of no multi-ups is probably completely arbitrary.
