Inscription: Weapon Vellum I-III

According to WoWHead, I am supposed to be able to learn these Inscription recipes from many different trainers. Yet, none of them offer it to me, nor have I discovered any of them through Minor Inscription Researched, which I have apparently exhausted as I have not made a discovery the last two times I did it.

I petitioned a GM about this, but they only responded with the "I am not allowed to give hints" thing.

Any light on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

dont know i was thinking about going to insc anywaise but if i cant find the recipies then maybe i wont change

Weapon Vellum and Weapon Vellum II can be learned from any inscription trainer.

Weapon Vellum III can only be learned from Grand Master Inscription trainers in Northrend.
