Is a Death Knight gonna be your new main?

I quit playing a while back and, for reasons known only to myself and Bacardi deleted my characters. I started playing again and leveled a character (currently puttering around at 65) for the sole purpose of being able to create a DK.

So yeah, it will be my main. And if it turns out I don't like it, I'll give you a dollar.

A DK will mostly likely end up my new main between a rogue and a priest healbot I'm sick of raiding with them a DK will be a breath of fresh air.

It's going to by main for sure. I have a few characters:

Full T6 Feral Druid
Full T6 Rogue with Dual Warglaives
Full T6 Mage

I am thinking unholy would be fun. I know I will not be any different than the other 123123821 deathknights on the server but I am looking to be the first one to hit 70 and get into a really good guild.

well with that much T6 im guessing you know how to play wow, and probably hit 70 quick. plus if yout full t6 wouldnt u already BE in a really good guild O_o, unless u ebayed

I'm using the Death Knight starting at 55 to play on a server i found out an old friend plays on. Tried leveling a few times on his server but I just get so tired of being un mounted I give up and go back to my server. It's a PvE server which really sucks, but it'll at least make the leveling go a bit faster without the distraction of PvP and getting ganked. Plus My server is already maxed out at ten characters and don't want to delete any to make room for a DK.

I'll wait and see if it turns out to be my new main. Warlocks are finally getting some anti-melee. On the test realms I always beat rogues if Metamorphasis is off cool down. So I'll probably level it and explore northrend for a bit, untill the novelty wears off and the flood of people subsides.

personally i want to see what the whole DK experience will be. only then i will decide what will be my main, tho i am leaning towards DK then my holy priest atm. so i m not really sure yet. i just wanna see how my priest will last in WOTLK. Currently, being a priest isnt all to exciting in BC due to the monopoly of pally/shaman/druid class that makes holy priest look like peanut comparing to their op healing lol.

i'm rerolling DK.

I've been watching the warrior changes, and compared to other classes, i'm not pleased with what my fury warrior is doing, raid wise. I'm an ex-MT, and I really loved tanking as a warrior.

In my guild we currently have WAY too many tanks for our content (t6). I'm rerolling DK in order to either respec my warrior or use my DK to tank, so that I can get back to tanking for a change!

Also, I loved DK's addition to lore in warcraft and, after checking around on another site, i really want to see how the deathknights are going to affect the lore with wow as it goes on.

Possibly, I had my beta key emailed to me a month ago, but I only just found it admist the spam. Since transfers are down, I will be trying my death knight, and see if I like it more than my hunter.

My main is a 70 Feral Druid (But I also have a Warlock, Hunter, Mage and Rogue at 70)...Depending on the final tweaks in beta I may keep the Druid as my main. If I am not happy with the state feral is in I will probably go to a DK as my main. Just because it is a totally new system to learn to play with runes and whatnot. Plus there seems to have been a lot of real thought and effort put into the class to make it fun to play.

I have a feral druid 2 and full epic SS items, max badges rewards ecc for tanking... full epic DPS feral...and raiding healer equip...in any case, i would like to have a DK as new main, especially cos i desire to have a plate wearer, and cos Druid it's all about shapeshift forms! i will definetly try to lvl a DK, and i hope not to get boref of it...if not! i will take my druid back in action! <3 my druid... it's been like 3 years since i started playing with it!

My DK will definately be my main come WotLK.

Started off WoW as a Mage and played it solid from EU release to a couple of months before Burning Crusade. Burnt out whilst clearing Naxx, and went casual on an Orc Shammy.

Changes to windfury and it's interaction with weapon procs (Flurry Axe in particular) killed the fun of the Shaman shortly after reaching 60 with it (just after the 2.0 release).

Rerolled a Blood Elf Paladin to stay with my friends, and much to my surprise (after 2 years of dumping on Paladins' play style) I really loved it, and the changes made in TBC to allow a valid Tankadin got me hooked again. Unfortunately everyone moved on from WoW, and I got bored again.

Heard a friend had started again on Alliance so I decided to level up the third hybrid (and complete the set ;) ) so I rolled a Druid. Unfortunately by this stage, everyone was geared up in T4/5 and starting runs in BT and MH (as was my Pally that was sitting dormant), so my little fresh 70 Druid sat about twiddling her thumbs.

The release of DK hero-class allows me to;

1) Roll a class that is similar to my Paladin (It's a Ret/Prot Paladin on steroids)

2) Start at a reasonable level, allowing my to level up and peak alongside the rest of the guild

I'll be one of the few DKs (judging from the discussions I've seen here and had on the Beta server) who'll actually be going Frost come level 80. I'm looking forward to the new challenge of tanking without a shield ;)

well i might change to dk, but only if dk is able to make good and smooth lvling like lock/mage/hunter then i will swap to dk and my main well its kinda hard to tell what is my main but i think suihi is since its bt/hyjal geared and its resto and heared that resto druids might get nerfs so i might change (all so note that i want all classes to 80 so i WILL lvl dk ;P)
