Well...
simply you cant raid without a raiding guild and most guild open their recruitments to (highly geared) only players.
As Iam fresh 80 iam blue/greens so is it possible to find a good guild that accepts a heroics/naxx 10 epics
mage
?
or its too late for us to join good guilds?
Peace.

It's never really to late since most guilds need to restock on raiders from time to time due to people quitting, taking breaks, joining other guilds etc.
That noted thou there is probably a hierarchy on the server in which way recruitment goes, the people on top get most of their people from those a step behind them etc. So it might be a tad optimistic if you are say in questreward gear etc and apply to whatever is the best guild on your server so you might have to work your way up. Unless ofcause you happen to know someone that can bounce you up the ladder.
While gear is usually one factor, after all they want someone that can contribute fairly quickly, it is not the only one. Even being "full epic" is no guarantee cause you might just be a complete moron with serious l2p issues and they will find out and when they do its byebye. On the other hand then if you know how to play and that shows it is usually a worthwhile investment to dump some gear on you instead of putting shards in the bank.
That all said; what is a good guild anyone? One that clears all content? Currently there should be LOTS of those or one where you enjoy playing?

At the moment you are ok because
- 1 tier of guilds is still clearing content, and needs help.
- 2nd tier of guilds have all the content on farm and are recruiting players they can gear up for Ulduar.
The problem is, the 1st tier are probably not what you describe as "good", although really are what you deserve. The 2nd tier are going to have to be willing to take a chance on you and technically your getting "free" gear. I've seen so many people join my guild like this, only to gear up in full t6, and leave a few months later. Occasionally though, we will take a chance on someone and they will become one of our main players, and thats nice to see and why its worth doing this.
When you apply to a guild work on your application as this can be 50% of whether you are accepted or not. Also don't be too disappointed if a guild who has cleared all content won't take you in blue/greens. Any progressed guild who does this is doing you a favour, as they will pretty much have to carry you until you have the gear/experience, and usually this is only done for tanks/healers.
Personally though, the best feeling is joining a guild of your level of experience and skill and working through content together.
