There ARE people who don't keep up with the content that may want to get into raiding. So, there needs to be gear accessible to the newbies that can get them ready for raiding.

You are right about the weapons and wrists and such in ICC. They do provide alot of hit which can be useful.

/facepalm at 417 hit rating

Way too much gear with +hit and +arpen which is how I got stuck with an ungodly amount of hit for a blood spec. Hopefully with new content I can get out of my +hit gear without +arpen on it. I wish there was more gear with +arpen and +crit together. I don't like how low my crit is.
