Yeah. It is kind of nice in the fact that choosing the right moment to use it and cancel it is important, which adds a little more skill into the decision.
yeah, definitely need more skill and management, pve its ok, pretty much when you don't have aggro, blast away... but during pvp, if you don't get to kill target within that intercept stun (4sec?) you'd better remember to turn it off...
