Wintergrasp and do some premades so you have control over the group.
You can also trade JP for Honor.

Twice in the same day on both my 85's I qued for TB but did not get to join right away. When I did get the invite I accepted and appeared in TB as we won. Got the weekly completed and the victory HP. About 800 honor in 3 secs x 2 toons.
Beyond that, playing and winning BGs by doing my duty- as healer I get a $%^& ton as everyone around me kills. In a good BG I can get over 400 if the BG goes 20-30min and we win.
