Is there an upgrade to wizard oil?

I use to always use wizard oil at lvl 70... now it doesn't go on weapons any more because they are too high.
Is there a new weapon oil?

Blizzard has stated that there will be no more wizard oil. Apparently people objected to "having" to use them to raid and Blizzard obliged the whiners by making them useless with no replacement.

I wouldn't say they are useless per se. They aren't as effective at higher levels based on the amount of spell power or mana returned, but that little nudge might be all you need.
They are 100% useless at 80. You cannot use them on level 80 weapons.
