No don't ban the bots I love farming them for easy kills. Or How about just Snapping the follow spam bots and leave them in the middle of some random area in the bg.
I did 5 or 6 Wsg today poor Horde looks like they still have botters. I saw atleast 3 or so and they were in everyone. Alliance had 1 that was a hunter that would get stuck in the gy everytime the horde would kill them.

I see maybe 1-2 each time in each BG leveling my Rogue. They have gotten quite sophisticated. There was a DK in AB that would spawn at Blacksmith and make a straight line for the farm and try to cap it when there are 2-3 people standing there defending it. He would Hungering Cold if anyone attacked him before he got there.
I've never seen as many as stated in this thread though. I have leveled him almost solely through BG's to 65 where he is now.

So, I wonder if they could implement a captcha system into the game? I mean it is the tried and true method for fighting forum bots. Right now if you are voted AFK you simply have to go get in battle, which is no problem for bots or even someone that AFK's in the right spot. If instead a little pop up window came on screen with a captcha to enter, I bet you could destroy those bots.
While I agree that this would be a significant nail in the botting coffin, think how much QQ would result from this... lol.

:o I have to like type 8 letters in my chatbox, while there is 60-90 seconds of preparation before the bg starts? Darn them blizzes for ruining the .7 seconds of my life that I just spent typing 8 letters into my chatbox /cry. (/sarcasm)

Exactly! Except it would be without sarcasm and in endless posts on here and the Battle.net forums.
I feel bad for Blizz sometimes, they can't do anything without people screaming and crying about it.
