well u cant just ask "is this a good build". Depends what for: pvp or pve?
If you asking an overall good build for both, Ive personally found bm/mm (41/20/0) to be a good specc. Good ranged damage from serpent swiftness, and of course, you just cant beat beast within for pvp (18 secs of being unstoppable till killed- gotta love that).
I guarantee u someone will disagree with me, but it all comes down to how well u understand each tree, and knowing what to do and when to do it. Maybe survival is more your thing, I dunno.
Here's my specc, and it can be tweaked +/- 10 pts based on your taste (ie, so people put 3 in Surv for +6yards ranged, but id rather have inc damage from the MM tree):
