ruthleness is evetything or nothing, also were is CQC or sword spec.
if you want a more pvp spec i would choose

i personally think combat is a more BE THERE, attacking your enemy, and not a hit and run, or a burst to death spec, so really no point of garrote here (my opinion) but I'm barely know things about combat anyways
so you better wait for more opinions before getting a respec
i would recommend you to go mutilate

for this 2 specs you want
glyph of preparation (for the first one), glyph of vigor, glyph of evisc, glyph of gouge or garrote, i prefer gouge for better pvp stuns
