Is the link to worldofwarcraft.com or blizzard.com? If it's to something else (like to a proxy website), then chances are it's a phishing attempt.

Ignore it, I'd say. If it was an official e-mail, I think it would come from noreply@blizzard.com, not from something @email.blizzard.com. The domain of the link confirms my suspicions of it being fake.

If the offer is real, you should be able to type in
www.worldofwarcraft.com
and claim it from account management.
If not, then there you go.

Wow that is a damn good fake. I don't believe blizzard would send out e-mails for any offers on wow. Their is too many ways for them to get the word out. For future reference @blizzard.com is the domain they use for e-mails. If the domain is even a single character off from that, it IS a phishing attempt.
