Issue with DMF Leatherworking "daily" quest?

I've turned up on my lowbie monk to do the profession quests. I'm level 25, with 93/150 leatherworking, but for some reason Rinling isn't giving the quest, he only has his shooting gallery daily available?
I've checked online and I seem to meet the requirements as far as I can tell, am I missing something? I was able to pickup the skinning quest without any trouble.

Works for me (600 Leatherworking). Check to make sure you don't have the quest in your log from last faire? After that, try submitting a ticket I guess.

Dont forget tis not a daily, its monthly.

Great, thanks for the help guys :) I will check it out today. I have never done it before, this is the first time I have taken this toon to the faire! (Poor guy, I know...)
