Have you upgraded your Battle.net account? There may also be a 'account status' on your Battle.net account information on the website which you can check.

So your account said something like "Cataclysm Retail" in green?
Give it another 12hrs at least. Also make sure you've done it correctly, followed instructions etc. It may just be taking a while to tick over.
If nothing after that time period, send Blizzard customer service an e-mail and just ask them nicely for an update, just to make sure your account has or is going to be upgraded soon.
Sorry, I'm a bit vague on how the trial changes to a proper account, and I also don't know the e-mail address but it must be on the Battle.net WoW site.
