JC+Ench > Tailoring+Mining

Hi,
I am a PvE mage using the FFB build (
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Mug%27thol&n=Scimy
). I am currently using tailoring and mining as professions. I wanted to know, dps wise, if it would be better to roll JC and Enchanting instead. My point is that JC can make 3*+32sp gems and that Enchanter can enchant rings 2*+19sp. Compared to tailoring that can't really make something good imo and mining that is easily replaceable because it's a gathering prof. I've calculate and JC+Ench gives about +86sp compare to not much for tailoring+mining. What's your opinion about it?

Yes, JC + Ench beats Tailoring + Mining in almost every way possible.
Except in the way that you don't have a flying carpet. ;)
