Judgement/Spell mouseover @targettarget macro help.

Trying to make a mouseover macro that allows the use of spells like judgement on the mouseovers target, for example if you hover over the tank's raid frame and click the macro it will cast judgement or any other spell on his currently selected target.
Any help appreciated, if it is possible to also allow casting on my enemy target without a mouseover that would also be awesome. Thanks

/use Judgement
As requested, this macro will cast Judgement on your mouseover's target if that unit is both hostile and alive, or it will cast Judgement on your hostile target if it is alive.
