Just a Few Priest Questions

I have been out of the game for a while (2 month post-BC) and I have been getting my hunter to lv 80 (done). Now I want to level my priest who is 45 and i have a few questions.

is +spell damage the most important stat while leveling or is spirit/sta?
am i on the right track spec wise (shadow)? I have the blackout, should i move those points somewhere else like psychic scream talent?

, is that good post 77? i know i will find better when i do instances, but it should hold be till i do right?
oh yea, i did look in the FAQ and looked in previous post and didnt find anything that was helping me. so this is why i am posting.
EDIT: it might help if i looked at my own spec before asking questions...

A good mix of everything will keep your priest happy. Your priority of stats should be:
Spell Power > Crit Chance > Intellect > Spirit
I haven't been shadow since my 50's so I'll leave talent spec advice to the other priests

you need enough spirit to regen all the mana you used between kills. adjust your spell sequence to not waste any mana. spell power is #2 priority. (this applies to leveling only. end game is another story)
i would take 3 pts focused mind and 2 pts shadow power over blackout.
your weapon around 77 will probably come from
the new ring of blood quest
at level 75. i would sell the BoE staff.

ok, i will sell the staff.
my spell rotation is MB, DP, SW:P, Mind Flay, VT, MB then wand till dead. i dont shield/heal unless i need to during a fight (about 15% health) and thats a rarity. does this need changing or is it just right?

Honestly, when I'm Shadow, I don't even bother with Spirit or Haste. Int = more mana = more returns from Replenishment = more passive crit chance.
when you mean replenishment, you are talking about the 5 sec rule right?
so, i shouldnt worry about haste, just mainly spell power and Int/crit?
also, i can enchant, i should just put the spell power enchants i have, then the int in that case....thanks all for the help.
Anyone see anything wrong with my talents besides moving the blackout points to focus mind and shadow power?

Also don't forget glyph of shadow, which increases your spell power by 10% of your spirit after you crit. It may not seem like much but without a spirit buff from a disc priest I have around 600 spirit. And I crit at least once every 10 seconds for sure. That means 60 spell power bonus that is on me very often.
