This is a classic password fishing attempt. I always report them in-game.

Yeah, they keep trying similar tactics. If an actually GM wants to talk to you, there will be an entirely different chat box pop up, and their name will have the blue BLIZZ logo beside it.

Pretty common tactic they use. Their names are always Blizzard with a weird spelling, with s instead if z or something like that.
Back when I was playing I would get a tell like that at least once a week. I started back in 2010 and I'm sure it's been happening long before then.
And to add in to what Pwntiff said, their text will also be that blue color they use for everything.

Actually, besides the secondary chat window and blue Blizz logo, GM chat messages are the color you have set for that chat, e.g., default pink for whispers.

Ah hell, it's been a while since I saw a GM chat. Could have swore it was blue as well.

Just talked to one today. Was default color. I think they changed it when they added the "A GM would like to talk to you" alert and the GM chat window.

Yeah I remember now, I talked to a GM ingame one day and it was the default color. This was almost 2 years ago.
I just haven't played WoW in a year and kind if forgot some things. I was getting it mixed up with the blog posts.
