I believe the above macro will work if you add in a /targetlasttarget line.

/targetlastfriend may also help.

I don't use this. I go another route, using mouseovers for healing, and keeping targets targeted.

I make a macro similar to this for all my heals, cleanse, beacon, and sacred shield. This way, I don't need no stinkin' healbot. =D This also makes HoJ'ing loose mobs a lot easier as you can target the wandering target between heals.

Warning!- Only put mouseovers on buttons you actually use the keyboard for tho. If you can't easily access the key, don't macro it. You can not click these macro'd buttons to use them. But a fast healer will need to have all these spells bound to a key for easy access as click healing is WAY too slow.

I get happy tanks all the time whispering me after flawless heroic runs, "I'm putting you on my friends list, you are good heals."
