Keeping aggro.

Hi. I'm currently a level 51 fury spec warrior, and I seem to have alot of trouble keeping aggro from my friend(level 50 enhancement shaman). We are always duoing, or in an instance group together, but I can never seem to keep aggro away from him. Even if I get three sunders off before he hits the mob, he will take aggro from me within seconds. Am I doing somthing wrong?
