if your unholy dont forget you have a 4th interrupt.
"gnaw" from your ghoul.....
Also, in a pinch,
Death Grip
can be used as an interrupt, just make sure you jump back a bit to ensure the distance to actually move them.

just as a heads up it;s not on gcd and it id you still have issues,
Strangulate is an / a interrupt / silence.
Mind Freeze is an / a interrupt / silence.
Death Grip can be used as an interrupt.
If your BElf Arcane Torrent is an / a interrupt / silence
so yeh
Strangulate
Mind Freeze
Death Grip
Arcane Torrent

Another fail post by you, What i think the op is talking about is his runes being on CD when he trys to mind freeze the healer happens often to me, nothings wrong their just time your interrupts and silences you should be fine.

One thing I'd like to point out is that Unholy has alot of great talents for PvP, but Frost tends to perform better in the PvP scenario.
This is true. Mainly because we have extreme mitigation from frost talents+presence and tanking gear, while no one have gotten any real time yet to get any vital pvp gear, "normally". (Thinking especially newly-dinged'ers and levelers) So atm we can take a lot more damage than other specced DK's, and we do quite a lot damage too while taking a beating. Which makes us natural pvp'ers without resi atm. I'm lvl 77 atm and have been ganking lvl 80's even since lvl 75! Frost is awesome for ganking while leveling up :D haven't had any problem killing any class yet. It'll probably come in lvl 80 against pvp'ers.
Wrong, frost is doing better in pvp because it has more burst damage than the other specs.
Right now, unholy actually has far better pvp damage mitigation via bone shield than anything in frost gives, which is half the reason bone shield and icebound fortitude are being nerfed in the first place.
Kinda sucks too, I love it when a warrior cries because his mortal strike and execute hit me for 600 damage, and my scourge strike does 4-5k back =P
