Crit immune is not negotiable in a raid. It is not negotiable in a heroic instance. Your defense needs to be at 540 before you even consider attempting to tank Naxx. The simple fact of the matter is that a single crit by nearly any of the bosses in a raid on the tank will result in a wipe.
21k health unbuffed is on the low side for Naxx10, but doable if your healers are good. There are certain fights where you will be taking damage and the healers will be unable to respond (Maexxna, Loatheb), where you are put into dangerous low health situations (Gluth), or simply getting the snot kicked out of you for an extended period (Patchwerk, Sapphiron) where having a good pool of health is essential.
There is nothing wrong with having BoK in a raid tanking build. The most common examples are
5/60/6
and
0/59/12
.
Also, Quab makes a common mistake in his post. 1/2 Improved Judgements is a mandatory minimum for the basic threat rotation, but 2/2 is a reasonable choice for a rotation using the badge Libram for maximum mitigation.

The thing about going 2/2 into imp Judgements is that GCD will always be 1.5s per skill (not effected by haste as they are skills and not spells) so the 8s from taking 2 points would not fit into the rotation.
Judge(1.5s)> SheildofRighteousness(3s)> HolySheild(4.5s)> HammerOfRighteousness(6s)> Consecrate(7.5s)> ShoR(9s)> Judge(10.5s) etc...
That with 2 points into it, the 2nd point will either go wasted, or you will have to skip one skill at 7.5s to wait on judge, which will screw up the rotation, and in the end either drop your threat, or cause you to miss a holy sheild, which is worse for your overall mitigation than 1 second of extra BV would give.
I'm quite aware of that - I am, after all, the person who wrote the post. The point is that
on a maximum mitigation rotation, threat is not your concern
and therefore missing a perfect cooldown rotation on threat abilities would not be a concern either.
On such a rotation, you are simply ensuring that you hit your Judgement every 8 seconds to proc the Libram (for 5s/8s coverage) and your Holy Shield every 8-10 (depending on how many hits you're taking), then filling in the spaces with ShoR, HotR, or Consecration as needed.
