If you're really interested in the history of Warcraft, you should read all of the novels. It took me most of the summer, but it was well worth it. Very well developed story lines, and many of the questions I had about why things were the way they were and who certain people were and why they were important were all answered.
I highly recommend starting with The Warcraft Archive (I think that's the title, it's a big red book, lol) and the War of the Ancients Archive. They're compilations of novels (in respect to the timeline). These books spurned my hatred of Illidan, contempt of Rhonin (guy is too much like Harry Potter, average wizard able to pull off amazing feats), reverence of Krasus/ Korialstraz, and respect for the dragonflights.

Funny thing: you can fix things on a wiki. Ie, don't be bitching because you got reverted for something completely unrelated, which I'm sure is the reason you're saying it is possible that it is inaccurate, else you would have fixed said errors.
Wait, whut?

I've never edited a wiki-article in my life. I just know that there are errors out there. That counts for any wiki. Always take what you read there with a pinch of salt. Especially if it's not citated or confirmed from official standpoints.
