Leg enchant on soulbound items.

I wonder if it's possible to get the leg enchant http://thottbot.com/i29534 (Clefthide Leg Armor) on leg armour that I've created when I'm lvl 40? BoP items that is.

Let say I create some leggings that are BoP. Could I (like any other enchant) trade with a 60+, put my leggings in "Not to be traded" and then the +60 can enchant those leggings with Clefthide Leg Armor?

Or isn't it gonna work just cause the leggings are soulbound?
