Might want to socket agility more often if you're raiding as Mutilate.
I think

would be more effective, because Relentless Strikes gives bonars. srsly

yeah that spec is probably the best but im not a cookie cutter i like to try my own way out and fail a bit before i try cutting cookies

I originally had Vigor when leveling up, which entailed a lot of PVP, but even in PVP I have learned to do without extra energy. It's pretty useless in PVE, just like you said.
