Honestly, I tanked most dungeons with a two-hander (actual healer) or sword-and-board (dps-spec healer) as Retribution. I don't think you really need to worry about it, but I'd suggest a hybrid otherwise.
Perhaps something like

I have little experience with hybrid Paladin builds, but they seem effective enough as hybrid leveling / tanking builds.
Also, once you get Blessing of Sanctuary, you can drop Blessing of Kings if you want.

yes i can see why you want that however the extra dodge will give you more mana from BoS
wich will in the end turn into threat
