If they are all guildies; why put a limit on the gear they get. Once one class gets something, let all others roll on it before that person gets another. Just keep a seperate table for tier loot. You never know if 6 pieces of hunter gear drop and you only have 1 hunter. Do you not give it to him and DE th rest to stay on your system? That does not seem like a good way to gear up a guild.
