If you expand the columns then you will see that all of your "misses" were actually dodges and parries. Parries can be negated by attacking from behind (not sure if the target dummy actually has a behind but obviously mobs do) and yes, dodge can be countered through expertise. It is also important to remember that Judgement (and consecrate) cannot actually be dodged so expertise may not be the most important stat to focus on, more something you should take as it comes (definitely don't gem or enchant for it, these are both sub-par to the alternate options due to the reason above and because of the way it has been itemized).

Pixels is almost entirely correct. The parries can be negated by attacking from behind the mob, while dodge is mitigated by Expertise. And, as is popularly discussed here, it is not entirely worth it to gem/enchant for expertise. It will come with various gear pieces (cloak, rings, neck) and you simply won't need to gem/enchant for it. Replace those Expertise gems with Strength gems.

I'd definitely shoot for the Trinket out of Heroic Nexus to replace the one you are using from Heroic VH, as the On Use ability is vastly superior.
