How is this even possible?
There are 4 of them logged on my server right now.
Here is one of them:

Yeah, I forgot about the shared achievement points.
But that's some seriously fast leveling, even if using the RAF bonuses.

With Monks eligible for RAF, its not surprising that they have made 90 already. Triple XP, full heirlooms, and granted levels would make it possible. Still pretty impressive (or sad, depending on how you look at it) that only a couple days in, and we are already seeing so many of these achievements completed.

I know you can make the character after accepting the scroll, and boost them to eighty.
I'm not aware of any class restriction, but they might have put one on Monks.

This is the way most level 90 monks did it. Recruit a friend boost to 80, then dungeon to 83, then quest to 90.

I've seen some high leveled Monks and Pandaren already, it's not that uncommon anymore. Sure, the Pandaran might be a result of race changes, but still.
