For you... questing in redridge mountains while selling all grey stuff to vendors, oh and you could also do deadmines and sell all unwanted equips at the AH.

Blacksmithing is time consuming. Better go on with Mining and
Skinning
when you're levelling and killing beasts. Selling the mats on the AH will usually make good money because lots of players need them for crafting professions.

What i wanted to do is get blacksmith up to bout 100 then go to engineering then skinning till max but ill go with skining very soon.
Just out of curiosity, why would you want to go Blacksmithing, then Engineering, then Skinning? If you want to make money, that's really not going to help you, rather the opposite. Also, you can only have 2 primary professions, and you will lose the skillpoints you build up if you unlearn one profession just to take another.
Seriously, if you're concern is making money, go with the advice already given, and take up 2 gathering professions.

If you're levelling blacksmithing just to create a certain item that you want, it's much easier and cheaper to take two gathering professions and buy the item from the AH or someone else who has blacksmithing.
